These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at magnuslaw.co (the "Site"), operated by Magnus Law PLLC ("Magnus Law," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting information through it, including our SMS communications opt-in, you agree to these Terms.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of the Site, including submitting the contact form or SMS opt-in form, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with Magnus Law PLLC is formed only through a signed engagement agreement. Please do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Magnus Law PLLC offers SMS text communications to individuals who affirmatively opt in through our consent form. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:

  • Consent is not a condition. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or legal representation. You may retain Magnus Law PLLC or use this Site without opting in to SMS communications.
  • Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies by case activity. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.
  • Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

5. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

Magnus Law PLLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its SMS program, including any delayed or undelivered text messages.
